The owner of a 2018 Audi A4 contacted damage assessor Asim Mrkovic to evaluate the damage. At first glance, the damage appeared to be minor, affecting only the front bumper. However, a professional inspection revealed more extensive damage, including to the front left fender, which the client had initially overlooked.
What made this case particularly challenging was the fact that the culprit had fled the scene. Fortunately, the client had a blurry photo with a partially visible license plate.
