My car was damaged by another car, and at first, I thought it was a hit-and-run.
Of course, I called the police first; they took paint samples, and they searched for the suspect.
Shortly afterward, I had a conversation with my neighbor, and it turned out that she might have unknowingly damaged my car.
Since we weren't sure and didn't know how to proceed at first, I did some research online.
It said we should consult an appraiser.
That's how I found Mr. Mrkovic.
I called him late in the afternoon, explained the case, and he immediately scheduled an appointment for us. He arrived super punctually the next day (and it was a Saturday morning), and he was extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. (I was simply amazed at how quickly he took the time to talk to me.)
Since it was only a suspicion that it could be my neighbor, Mr. Mrkovic immediately got his special equipment and began examining everything in detail, measuring, and photographing. Of course, my neighbor's vehicle was positioned in such a way that Mr. Mrkovic was able to reconstruct the accident and thus determine that it had to be my neighbor's vehicle.
Mr. Mrkovic answered all our questions, explained the next steps in detail, and helped us stop the police from filing a hit-and-run report—it wasn't a hit-and-run, after all, since my neighbor didn't intentionally hit my car, and we only discovered it by chance during a conversation.
Mr. Mrkovic completed the report so quickly, I was truly amazed. He puts a lot of effort into it, and one thing is clear: his love for his job.
Even while he was with us for the assessment, you could feel and see his passion. And I think that's just fantastic.
The report was extremely thorough and easy to understand.
And the best part is:
Mr. Mrkovic works with lawyers, so as the injured party, you don't have to worry about anything.
And it costs the injured party absolutely nothing!
Mr. Mrkovic truly took care of everything. He clarified everything with the police, forwarded it to the lawyers, and was ALWAYS there to advise me at any time.
